"I've been in and out of this PT practice for well over five years. They're there when you need them! I've had wonderful care from Andy and Ria in particular. They listen to what your issues are, and meet you where you are in terms of how much or how little treatment you can fit into your life. I trust them and am grateful for their support. They really care about their patients! The practice is also very well organized in terms of scheduling, payment, etc. Just a pleasant place all around. I highly recommend!"

"I am a competitive triathlete, and I have seen my share of overuse injuries. For nearly all my injuries, I went to physical therapy at Green Mountain Rehab. The staff are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and are up to date on the latest research and techniques in the field of physical therapy. Each therapist really takes the time to listen to your story, and they do a thorough examination to determine the cause of the injury. Not only do they provide exercises , stretches, and soft tissue work to help with the injury, they also explain how the injury occurred and how to prevent the injury from happening again. Scheduling appointments has always been easy, and they can usually get you in within the week. The office is spacious, clean and well equipped with sports bands, a treadmill, exercise bike, and other gym equipment."

"I had an awesome experience at GMR. I walked in there with terrible pain in both my achilles heels/ tendons that was keeping me from running/ hiking/ biking and general activity but Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and turned things around for me. After a couple months of working on different stretches, trying out different shoes and making significant changes to my stride, Eric brought me to near a full recovery! "I went in to GM rehab with a pretty bad meniscus tare that had been sitting unresolved for about a year. Walking was painful, and I couldn't do my regular activities much anymore. I was referred to GM rehab and met with Heather who helped me heal and then strengthen my knee and right leg, and I couldn't believe how quickly I healed! I'm now back to long back-packing trips and lots of workouts and I feel so great. I really didn't think I'd ever be without pain again and I'm so happy I got the care from GM that I did."
