Using slow motion video analysis, we try to eliminate some risk factors to common running injuries. We also try to emphasize an energy efficient running pattern. Some patterns may be due to some intrinsic factors such as strength and flexibility imbalance.
In addition, other faulty bio-mechanical patterns may be due to extrinsic factors such as poor shoe wear and fit. We try to touch upon all risk factors. The goal is improve your performance, decrease your risk for injury and improve your overall running experience.
